Nampa Event Space Rental

As a benefit of your Nampa Chamber membership, the Chamber proudly offers more than 4,000 square feet of available space for rent for your next event.

The Chamber Hall is on the main floor of the Chamber Office. The large room features a stage equipped with A/V, including two 85" TV screens. This space can be set with chairs only, tables and chairs, or bistro tables. Chamber Hall is ADA accessable.

  • Size: 2,200 square feet
  • Capacity: 225 people without tables. 125 with tables.
  • Includes: Tables and chairs (client responsible for setup and teardown). 15 5' rounds, 11 8' rectangles, and 5 bistro tables are available. Two 85" smart TVs and audio, including two microphones and a podium, are also included.

The Networking Room is located on the bottom floor of the Chamber Office. This room can be accessed through the main or side doors and can be set classroom-style for up to 60 people. The Networking Room is ADA accessable.

  • Size: 2,000 square feet
  • Capacity: 100 people
  • Includes: 72" flip top tables and 60 chairs (client responsible for setup and tear down). Catering prep kitchen with commercial refrigerator. Additional equipment is coming soon. 2 smart TVs and an Owl Lab Meeting camera.
  • Pricing:
    • Full Day (up to 8 hours): $800
    • Half Day (4 hours): $500
    • Hourly (2 - 3 hours): $100/hour

The Leadership Loft is perfect for a small group or board meeting. This space is equipped with rectangular tables and boardroom-type chairs. Leadership Loft can be ADA accessable with prior notice.

  • Capacity: Seats 16 people in a boardroom setting and 18 in a classroom setting.
  • Includes: 20 executive board chairs, 9  72" flip top tables, smart TV, and an Owl Labs Meeting Camera.

Entire Facility (Upstairs & Downstairs)

    • Weekday Full Day: $2,000
    • Saturday Full Day: $3,000

Hourly Rentals are also available in the Networking Room and Leadership Loft. The hourly rate is $100 with a 2-hour minimum and a 3-hour maximum.

Please call our office to inquire about room availability at (208) 466-4641. Upon confirmation of availability, please fill out a reservation form.

Full payment is due 1 week before an event.

Parking

We have several parking options available at our new location. Street parking is available in front of the building on 11th St S and on the side along 4th Ave. Additionally, parking lots are adjacent to and behind the building, which operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

A great alternative is the Downtown Nampa Parking Garage, where the first hour is free!

Political Events

The Nampa Chamber of Commerce maintains a strict non-partisan standing. Press conferences, campaign events, or meetings of a political nature are not permitted in our facility. However, the Chamber’s Government Relations Committee and Election Forums, both of which are non-partisan, may be held here.

Certificates of Insurance

All renters must provide proof of insurance for their event. This can be in the form of a separate event policy or an endorsement to their general liability policy with the following requirements:

  • General Liability Coverage: Minimum limits of $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate.
  • Alcohol Service:
    • If alcohol is sold, the renter must carry a $1 million/$2 million Liquor Liability Policy.
    • If alcohol is served but not sold, the renter must ensure their policy includes Host Liquor Liability Coverage. Additionally, any third-party vendor serving or selling alcohol must carry their own liquor liability policy.
  • Additional Insured Requirement: The renter’s policy must name the Nampa Chamber of Commerce as an Additional Insured.

A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting these requirements must be submitted prior to the event.
